The Soverign and Vigil speeches from Mass Effect 1. To a lesser extent the conversation with the Rachni Queen's Thrall. Nothing compares to the first two, they are on a level all of their own. Quite a few badass moments with Saren too. Not much to write home about in ME2. Really like Jack's dialogue, and think Zaheed has his moments. Everyone else is pretty flat, except for Miranda when shes crying.

It will be hard for that to ever be topped. Not just the best of the ME series, probably one of the best monologues in any video game ever made. <3

Then click the renegade interrupt and pull out your gun and look him straight in the face and tell him "mine's bigger than yours."



Yeah, I laughed my ass off at that part.

I'm mis a diologue option for this one:
Shep: REALLY?! I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM! GARRUS HAVE YOU NOTICED LE..err I MEAN THAT ROBOT WITH A FLASHLIGHT HEAD STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU?!
Garrus: No, I was too busy with calibrating his sniper rifle to notice that he's standing next to me.

My favorites are:

Most of Joker's 'after a mission' lines:



After Jacob's loyalty mission: "That, uh, that stuff with Jacob's dad. It's bullsh*t, right? Because it looked like bullsh*t to me."



After Legion's loyalty mission: "Hey, Commander. I guess the geth aren't all bad, huh? They're like EDI's ex-con uncle we don't talk about."



After Suicide Mission: "Hey, Shepard. I'm glad that Collector/Reaper crap is over. It is over right?" ...*sigh* "It's never over."



After Tali's loyalty mission: "I'm glad that mess is over for Tali, Commander. Some of those quarians… I guess living aboard a ship can really mess with your priorities? Not that I would know… ah, I just burned myself. Great."



After Jack's loyalty mission: "Hey Commander. Glad we figured out Jack is crazy. Because that was really up in the air, just hanging there."



After Grunt's loyalty mission: "You know Commander, I'm not real broke up that Wrex isn't coming. I'm good with our current amount of headbutting. I'd say we're at headbutting capacity"



After taking Samara on a mission: "I feel like Samara could shoot me in a very tranquil manner, which doesn't make me feel any better about it."



After taking Zaeed on a mission: "Zaeed is like you, but takes checks. As long as it's not my money, we're good."
