When in the booth with Morinth, you mention how you've travelled the galaxy and she says that travelling "changes you."  One of the reply options is 'I bring the change'
"I'm not changed by the places I travel to. The places I travel to are changed by me"
All she can say after that is: "That's...impressive."

Renegade response on a planet full of Rachni, it's not Noveria. It happens after Noveria and it's one of two mission in a system that has Rachnis.

One of the Listening Post missions. Not sure if it is Theta or Alpha but when you have to use the Mako for a power source. One of my favorite lines as well!
