My Mass Effect 2 game got corrupted, I had to start from scratch. But somehow in doing so it wiped out all of my Mass Effect 1 saves. I had 3 playthoughs. A level 50, 59 and a 60. All gone. Is there any way to recover them? Oh yeah this is on the Xbox 360. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know much about the XBox, but an important distinction here would be whether those three playthroughs are simply no longer available for import into ME2, or if they are also gone from ME1 (boot up ME1 and see if you can select them for a New Game+). If it's just ME2, you might be able to figure out a way to make ME2 think it's being played for the first time and re-acquire those end game files.
If they're also gone in ME1, I'm not sure what to tell you - it's possible ME2 can actually screw up ME1's files, but you might also be looking at a more general failure of your drive. (Any other games have their saves disappear? How did it get corrupted anyway, if you know?)

Not that this will help you but I'm looking for the same answer. My husband finished ME1 and I never did. Once he imported his save into ME2 none of my ME1 saves were available anymore. It didn't matter what profile I used the game would not show any of our ME1 saves at all, even though I could browse my 360's HD and find the files.
