Not needed + not enough interest imo.
I thought ME2 was the best romance bioware did in terms of lengh, level of content, and options. I do sympathise with the fangirls who feel a bit cheated, but still.

But to be honest I would actually prefer a coherent expansion over some piecemeal DL packs. Not to mention that adding more content to the current game seems pointless, since there is no real incentive to do all missions anymore, since you already receive more than enough XP and credits.
Raising the levelcap would be a solution, but I'm not holding my breath on that, since the ME2 Shepards are supposedly meant to be imported to ME3 and I guess most aren't too keen to start again from Lvl 1 with a yet another totally revamped skill set.
That said I'm really curious how the skills will develop in ME3, but it will probably take awhile until we will find out...

only if an elcors involved. I'd tap that silly.

make new game + save paragon/renegade points.

A legion romance pack is the most logical choice. i mean, shepard is mostly robotic anyway

Romance with a machine? I don't want to replicate real life here.

This is what i want for upcoming DLC
1. Allaince DLC where you team up with Ashley/Kaiden & go on some missions.
2. Earth DLC
3. Liara & Shadow Broker DLC
4. Garrus being turned into a fellow Spectre
5. Citadel DLC that involves Captain Anderson, the Council & conspiracy
6. Thane DLC that involves finding a cure for him
7. BDtS continuation where you seek out Balak for revenge
8. Conrad Verner DLC where he has recruited Blasto & Niftu Cal into his squad
9. The ability to have a Varren with you as a pet on the Normandy. He can stay on the bridge and move around. Sort of like a pet like the hamster & fish. Some interaction with him would be cool.
10. The ability to use your house from Pinnacle Station and take your ME2 love interest there for some R&R
This. but i would like when we get Urz he acts like a Party Member like Dog from DA as well as a Pet. if implemted right it can work pretty well

EDIT: Also, not to forget, I would really much appreciate a follow up on Bring Down the Sky DLC. I let Balak go but after playing the second game my female Shepard is going gradually more down the Renegade path and the next encounter for Balak will not end as well for him as it did in BDtS.

Exactly. It only interesets a percent of the players, and even then, it's compelling enough to be bought for an even smaller percent of them.
So if BioWare puts effort, time, resources and hard earn money in a new DLC project, it will be something that has a relevance to the main concept of the game: Commander Shepard fighting for saving the galaxy.
Either something Reaper-related, or a simple side mission, investigating a mysterious accident, saving a space station that was invaded by rogue geth, vorcha, or anything like that.
Personally, I'd prefer to have a 20hours+ Expansion instead of a DLC, but that probably remains in the wishlist for a while.

An expansion pack that ups the level cap to 40, gives you access to a new area of the galaxy through a tear in the space-time continuum located inside a mountain, and introduces you to two new races.

A Romance pack doesn't mean going on a date it's just continuing the relationships that were started in ME1 and ME2 something BW didn't do in this game They could resolve all the LI plot threads before ME3 Liara, Ash etc. that is what people are looking for but It would have to revolve around a mission of some sort SB or even Toombshawat333 wrote...

Don't know if the bubble bath would work, apparently no bath tubs in space, only showers. Although maybe Shepard could pick one up for the cabinet along with a space lizard
