 Since the latest patch, item set bonuses disappear whenever you enter a different area. Re-equipping items will fix it. Also any spells that impact the group (elemental weapons, haste) also do not carry over when moving to a different area. Of course this can also be fixed by re-casting spells. Nothing game breaking but it isn't really normal. Thanks. I tested this with no dlcs and mods and the issues remain.
