Greetings.

I had changed my privacy settings on 10/13, disabling most of the updates. Yesterday and this morning, I noticed that every setting that had been disabled was now enabled again. I disabled several options, saved, the page refreshed with a note that my changes have been saved but the boxes that had been removed where all enabled again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Note says changes saved but everything reverts to the default options.  I've tried logging out and back in.

Any advice or suggestions? I'd really rather not have the world be notified every time I sneeze!

Which web browser and version are you using?

Additionally, which page were you changing these settings on?

I am using Windows Internet Explorer 8. I am going to my profile page and selecting the privacy settings tab. I have also accessed the same page by selecting the privacy option from the profile drop down menu option.

Is that what you need? (I am first to admit that my computer literacy is not the highest.)

Added: It also appears that the personal edit information I am adding is not being saved. I have restarted my computer and cleared my cache but no effect. I'll check to see if my husband has any ideas. Thanks
