Bioware
While Valve had a one or two games I liked(HL2 and L4D), Bioware's still no.1 in my books just for the sheer amount of excellent RPG titles they've done.

BioWare all the way, the only reason I supported Valve before was because Zynga had to be left in the dust. To see it in the Final would be a disgrace.

Personally will stick with Bioware.

Valve. Honestly, there is literally no company with a better track record than Valve. HL1? Revolutionary. HL2 (and it's episodes)? One of the best games ever, with one of the best storylines ever. G-Mod? That needs no explanation. Like... at all. I've put together 1,251 hours into that alone. Team Fortress 2 needs no explanation. Quite literally the most balanced, best multiplayer game on the planet. Portal? Just... Portal. Few games are more awesome. Then there's the always awesome L4D games. On top of this, they've made a habit of always issuing free DLC whenever possible. Valve is the best game developer period, and anyone else winning it, even BioWare, is just not acceptable.
I love BioWare, but if Valve doesn't win this, I'll be calling major shenanigins.

I'm just happy that BioWare is actually up against real game developers, and not some random company making "games" for Facebook. I mean, it's ridicules that Zynga even made it as far as they did..

Anyway, BioWare got my vote.
