I've posted this before but given the crap search function I posted again to see if anyone knows a solution. I have reloaded the fight 3 times and made sure to talk to the NPC after the fight.....NEED HELP PLZ!

Need help with Warden's Keep. I'm stuck on the second floor. The door to the shrine room is shut and i cant open it I've posted this before but given the crap search function I posted again to see if anyone knows a solution. I have reloaded the fight 3 times and made sure to talk to the NPC after the fight.....NEED HELP PLZ!
