How do I upload screenshots taken with FRAPS?

Hi, I've been taking all my ingame screenshots with fraps and then cropping them. I have dragged them into the screenshots folder but the game won't recognise or upload them.

The files are JPEGS, and their size is no larger than around 100KB.

Is there a trick to this? Or will it simply not work?
