I downloaded the stone prisoner and the dragonarmour, using the redeemcodes I found in the box with the game in it. It worked just fine, but the next time I try to play the game, I can't load my game, because it tells me I have to log in with an account wich is autorized. I have only ever logged in with this email, as far as I know, so why don't it work?
I entered the redeem code some time ago and downloaded the content only now. That shouldent matter? HAs my account been hacked by someone?

no, the account has probably not been hacked. your problem seems to be very common
