Hey just a heads up to Bioware, my Xbox 360 crashed and burned during my second playthrough of ME2. That's my third Xbox to RRoD. Mass Effect is already bought and paid for by Microsoft I understand, but let's hope all future Bioware titles get a PS3 version.

While modding the coalesced.ini I've found PS3 data, so it may be a possiblility in the far future. <_<

Why do people want ME2 for PS3 all the time but I never hear anything about ME1?



One would assume they ask for the first game so they actually KNOW what is happening in the story before demanding the second installment.

Well, I bought a 360 specifically for ME1/2, so they better not. And given that ME1 was published through Microsoft and it makes exactly zero sense to only port ME2 to a new platform, I seriously, seriously doubt it.

Putting it on the PS3 would have no effect on them having day 1 DLC.

Microsoft was the original publisher of the series. EA had to get permission to publish ME1 on the PC. Microsoft likely still has publishing rights or has signed a deal stating that future instalments of ME will be 360 and PC exclusive. Sorry for the incovenience, Sir.

Eh...couldn't BW do what the Ninja Gaiden people did and rename the game to something else? Like say a ME trilogy boxset and call it MEX or something? Place some extra features in and call it a "new" game?

I've laughed enough for Metal Gear Solid Raiden and Final Fantasy XIII coming out for Xbox 360 =D

Uh...neither is BW. Otherwise DA wouldn't be on the PC/Xbox360/PS3
