[Throw_this_away]

I just chose to replay the collector mission on my renegade playthrough (and save the collector base this time). 

Does anyone know if this will overwright my old choice... or will I now have two different imports in ME3 with this character.  

Also... if I play a bunch of side missions after finishing of the collectors... will the crew/colonists die if I replay the msiion?  (this time only the colonists died).
