ok long story short, was engaged, she left me for the best man... now she's been a total witch with a B to me ever since while begging to be friends again<_<. so for payback i'm going to put EVERYTHING she gave me on ebay and put the links on her wall on facebook. for her new fiance and all of their friends to see:devil:

btw, some of the things she gave me include a pair of her bra and panties that she gave me for my birthday:lol:

so can i get charged/sued for anything for doing this?

I'm no legal expert but I would say no. If it did go to court it would boil down to proof ownership - did she give these items as a gift or just a loan. Blah blah blah.

This is one reason ..the main reason I don't have anything to do with Facebook, too much over the top drama. Far as I am concerned..I have had enough REAL grief in my life to participate in something like that...kind of reminds me of the Jerry Springer show.

Some folks will do anything..to get attention.

No i dont think so. If she gave you those things you can sell them and the pics shouldnt be illegal but you might get shouted at by some news presenters if she spreads it around...

Yeah, um, you don't leave someone by banging the best man in your coming wedding.  At least decent people don't.

The only shame of all this is that he's not selling things of hers (Not illegal if she never came back for em!).

Dude. That's just cold. You'd be better off taking the higher ground, getting rid of the stuff she gave you, and moving on. Getting "revenge" just leads to more drama.

The only issue there would be would be proof of ownership.

Aye...I think he needs to do something vindictive...but you know life, does go on.   And there are other fish in the sea, as the old saying goes.

Yes it hurts for a time..but this too shall pass.

I've been there...done that.

Don't give into these feelings of revenge, instead...take the high road,  move on...later on you'll be glad you didn't stoop to that.

well she has come around and asked for them back. i'm currently holding them as a negotiation to get a game i lent to the stealing a**hole who took her from me. but i'm getting tired of waiting... i've actually been waiting for nearly a year now... i just finally got tired of dealing with her sh*t.

These things happen...lets just say I was a bride to be in a wedding that never happened..due to HIS activities.

Thats life,  you live it..you learn...and you move on.   Its tough, it hurts..but thats about the best thing you can do for yourself in the long run.

You should die (via auto-erotic asphyxiation using her underwear).

That way, they will be all guilty and stuff for like 5 minutes.

That'll show 'em!

I agree, no one should cheat, you want out break up first then move on (you listen Tiger, Jesse, 65% of the human population??)

But coming to a BioWare forum to ask for legal advice about posting her belongs etc to eBay and Facebook reeks of a level of maturity that should never have been allowed to be engaged in the first place.

*prays to the Maker that these two didn't procreate*

Wrong.

OP: it's best to get petty revenge and look like a douche right off the bat.
