You should confront her and her boyfriend.... with a +5d sword! If you roll above a 14 you'll score a successful blow, and if you roll a 18 or higher on the second roll you'll score a critical hit!!! However, if you miss with the first attack, flee from the battle!.... although if I were you, I would just put all her crap in a box and give it back to her, then jump onto a motorcycle all cool-like and drive off into the sunset blasting "Turn the Page" by Bob Seger..... as for your question, no, I don't see any violations but I'm not a lawyer, so... ya....

If being sued is your only worry...then I would say no...but how about looking like a douche and whiny little ****** pot?  Seriously....take your lumps like a man (assuming you are one) and if not just take it go find someone better.  She is a witch with a B as you say...so be glad you are rid of her and move on with your life. 

Some of the things people come on these boards to post......

its not that she left me. its that both of them feel like they have done nothing wrong and how they started treating me afterwards. this is going to be the last thing i have to do with them. kick them in the nuts then run

E-baying gifts isn't going to get you sued in any rational state.

Well...to be honest..it would be slimey...at the least.   But hey its his life, he has to live with himself afterwards.   If he wants to be known as a slimeball, or whatever other term would apply,  I guess thats his prerogative, but do think about the affect on other females he might meet.    I mean the story could get twisted around,  making him out to be  some kind of underwear freak/thief..etc.
