I read on the dragon age wiki that if you started the Law and Order quest, that the dwarf who initiates Sigrun's personal quest disappears. I didn't find that out until well after I completed the Law and Order quest and I have since recruited Velanna (and escaped from the Silverite mine), but I haven't yet recruited Sigrun.

My question is whether or not this for sure happens every time? Is there a chance that after I recruit Sigrun I'll still be able to do her personal quest, or because I've already done the Law and Order quest there is no way?
