Hey guys,

I tried to access Cerebrus Network off my LIVE profile on the 360, but this error message of age limit came up.
any way to get around it?

Just a theory but Xbox live may have your account tagged as a child account, and sense ME2 is a mature rated game you will not be able to download any content until your account is converted to an adult account. Not sure if this may be your problem but it is possible.
