Can anyone tell me how to get to the last of the 3 "platform here? i got all 4 shapeshift forms but can find the way through this part of the fate

last of the 3 platforms? you mean the different realms of the fade?

The paths are:



First platform's final mouse hole goes to the Second platform

Second platform's Spirit Door goes to the Third platform

Third platform's final Fade Portal goes to the final platform.



Been a few days since I did it, but I believe that's accurate.

I have all four shapes now, but i'm stuck at the exit pedestal in "The Templars Nightmare" I can launch it, but when i try to go any other nightmare it does not response at all. I am getting frustrated here Help me
