Does anyone have a rundown of the difference between the 3 versions of dragon scale armor & what their stregth requirements are?
My current party is normally
me (rogue w/ 26 current strength)
Sten
Alistar
Morrigan.
Currently I have Sten wearing the juggernaught armor & alistar wearing the blood dragon armor, neither of which my main will be able to wear in genreal. So, I'm just wondering if the heavy & massive dragon plate set would be worth making to replace either the juggernaught or the blood armor OR if I can go with the medium dragon plate set & be able to wear it with my main character.
I'm pretty sure you only get one shot with this & I don't want to waste it. Any body have a comparison chart for the 3 styles?
Thanks in advance:happy:

Oh - also, I'm not asking about the first 2 drake armors. I'm asking about the final dragon scale armor that he gives you a choice between 3 styles prior to making it.

I think the heavy one is the best option, your rogues can do with supperior drake armor. It would be a waste to take yet another set of light armor. the massive set is the best in the game, so yes it will replace anything. Having a well-equiped tank is very important and can make things much easier. If your squishies need better armor it's usually because you are doing something wrong.
Let me go on my save to look at the stats.

Thanks - I just got the dragon plate, reverting back to my save to get the dragon skin. I'll post both shortly for anyone else to reference.

I prefer the Effort armor my PC is wearing now. It's got decent stats and it looks great.

Well, I sold it to the camp merchant it's only silverite, the +healing can be helpful but the +25 from amulet+belt was enoguh for me even on nightmare and end-game helms like Corruption don't fit with it.
But to get a set bonus don't you need to use much worse boots and gloves ?

besides the dragon scale armor, i think the best armor is the warden set you get from wardens keep

It is after you take it to the smith to have it turned into dragon bone and buy it back.

Personally I recommend you make it into dragonbone plate, the best and heaviest. This is because the most likely person who needs that much fire resistance is the tank against.... well.... since you killed the high dragon, that leaves Flemeth or the Archdemon.
