Hello, there seems to be a problem with adding BioWare points on this site. If i go to the link in Personal>Add BioWare Points it asks me to confirm my password, but every single time i enter it it tells me that it's invalid.
I am 100% sure i am typing in the correct password so i'm not sure what else could be going wrong.
TIA for any help.

Working fine for me. Are you 100% sure that you are 100% sure about that password?

Yes 100% sure. I have no trouble signing into social.bioware.com so the password must be correct (plus i wrote it down when i signed up).

*PLEASE* somebody from Bioware respond, it's absolutely crazy that this issue is still going on after 6 months. You have a serious problem with your system.
Just so you know i have tried 4 completely different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE and Opera) and i get the same damned response from your website every time:
'The login details you provided were invalid. Please try again.'
I am with the largest ISP in the UK, and i have tried disabling all relevant security settings in the browser to try and get around this. I have even reset my password to see if that would help, but nothing works. The issue is with your system, not my computer - so please let me know that you have actually read my post and are working to find a solution.
All i want to do is buy some DLC!

If your passwords contains special characters like !@#$%^ etc., remove them or even set your password to one like "temp" and then change it after buying the dlc.

I have the same problem. I can log in and out no problem but when it asks me to confirm my password to add points I get the invalid message.
