The helmet was toggled "off." Fan art has helmet toggle, unlike DLC armor.

I don't care if I have shields, I want something protecting my head in a futuristic combat zone in case of the whatever. Even if I have to rip it off and beat someone's face in with it.
I can look good when my Armor is painted with the love of a death god and mudkips.
