I was wondering if people from europe are allowed to enter the contest/Bazaar, if they have an american contact adress available to them. Considering I am living within the netherlands of europe, however my girlfriend lives within chattanooga, tennessee in america.

I asked her about this, and using her adress for this was perfectly fine with her.
