A shame.

At the time, a part of me (the sick disturbed part) wanted to get Liara/Kaidan together.

In 2 I was like must... repair... Jacob/Miranda relationship.

My doctor says I'm doing better.

This would only work if they hooked up after Shepard had already made his choice, so depending on who you chose, your crew would form different relationships. That way you could still use the current LI savegame flags.
This could conceivably happen in ME3 after you choose between your various LI's from ME1 and 2.
I personally think only Jacob-Miranda, Joker-EDI and Tali-Garrus would get along though.

Jacob and Miri already dated once, and she dumped him.

Lol. That's understandable.

But people who romanced Miranda or Jacob do not think there's anything to repair. Romancing those characters is the repair, for them.

However, Joker? Wrex? Oh, I'd hook those guys up if I could. Intergalactic matchmaker is not without its appeal. Probably hook Wrex with Aria - only woman with the right caliber - and Joker with... hmm... Lizbeth Baynham, I think.

Joker and Tali. They can bond over health problems and spaceships.

Tali did not even humor Garrus when he teased her. Tali likes MShepard for several reasons that Garrus does not have.

I think it's that comment Garrus made to her in the elevator in ME1.

"I hope your people are properly contrite for their mistake in creating the geth..."

Jeez, really? Well that just dashes all my dreams. I was like, No Jacob. You're good enough for her. Just not my Shepard. 8D

Lumpy and Jacob would have such beautiful, messed up children together!

Lol. Miranda, then.

@ Kraidy - when did it say Miranda had dumped Jacob??? I mean, I knew they fell apart, but I didn't ever hear who dumped who or anything.

I say no to Garrus and Tali. They're more like brother and sister well more like annoying brother and smart sister. They don't make a good couple IMO. Miranda and Jacob would fit perfectly though. If Garrus gets together with anyone it should be a female Turian.

It's what hes says when you ask about what they used to have. Her requirements > his ability at maintenance.

But how does this necessarily mean Miranda dumped Jacob? He could've just decided she was too much for him and pulled out of the relationship.

I honestly cannot say that any squad mates would be good for each other. There's plenty of people pairing random characters in this thread, but I could not say that any really have chemistry with another.

ah. Couple with: What she and Jacob say when TIM chastises her use of "sensitive information".

??

All Jacob says when you ask him is it got close, then it got far apart.

After his loyalty mission all he says is he hasn't thought about those days in a long time, that he's not sure what promise she meant to keep, and she requires a better man than him.

"she requires a better man than me" usually translates into something in bro code... Hold on, let me get a handbook...

*gets handbook*

Ah.

He was warning me that the b-word has serious issues and I shouldn't try to tap that or else risk tapping some crazy to boot.
