To make sure that Jack 'Bauer' Shepherd saves the day and stops the Reapers because as far as them destroying the galaxy is concerned... DAMMIT! That can't happen!



Then hopefully Jack can get some sleep (other than that time when he had some whilst being rebuilt at start of ME2)

Storyline.

Story is very important to me, no matter what game it is. BioWare has managed to create a very deep, enthralling sci-fi story that surpasses any of their previous games other than Neverwinter Nights (and it's not sci-fi). I'm looking forward to seeing the next chapter in the trilogy, and I'm definetly interested in seeing the ending, as endings are the absolute hardest things to get right in a game.

I believe the major part of why the Reapers are interesting is because of their motives, which remain unknown. They aren't just killing races because they're inferior -- they have some sort of method to their madness. They completely scourge the galaxy of all living creatures. So, there has to be a reason.

Saren had a simple reason; he believed he was saving his people by working with the Reapers. He saw the destruction as inevitable, and there was a very good chance he was indoctrinated. However, as said above, the Reapers remain a mystery. Why they act the way they do, and continue to do so every ~50,000 years, is still unknown, and that's what makes them interesting.

Is there a reason for me not too? I want to see how the trilogy ends, how Ashley will react to me bieng with Tali, what will happen to my other squadmates, and how Shepard can handle an ARMY of Reapers as the cliffhanger showed off.



Although it's probably a good idea not to get our hopes up too high for ME3,not saying it will be a bad game, it's just that too much anticipation would usually lead to dissapointment.
