Because I want to see Bioware worm there way out of the fact that all the main characters introduced in the second act could die, by filling the gap with supporting characters! It will be like the B-team Normandy with Shiala, Conrad, Gianna, the biotic god, Thane's son, Bailey, and some others, and in the end Conrad Verner saves the universe.

The reason(s) I'll buy ME3:

-- I'm a sucker for endings and I HAVE to know how things will wrap up
-- I'm [in video game terms] invested in the storyline
-- I've got to see if BW delivers on their promises to make EVERYTHING REALLY MATTER
-- I want to see the epilogue if there is one -- the whole what happens to who X years in the future

EDIT:  A genius had an idea in another thread ... I've got to know if Conrad Verner ends up with a LI that mirrors Shepard's .... after all you figure his wife has already left him or will soon

I loved both ME1 and ME2. Also, I want to see how BioWare listens to peeps about changes for ME3 (personally, I feel they bend over backwards for their customers). Of course, I have to know how it all ends! OR, hopefully, DOESN'T end.

And I am falling all over myself to see what happens with my LI Who by the way had better be in ME3 in a big way or I am going to take back all the good things I just said, and any I am ever likely to say.
