If you are playing on your Xbox 360 then Kasumi will not be coming out at midnight. She will probably come out at around maybe 1am to 6am EST? I think the Apperance Packs came online at around 2am or something. I am just going to go to bed early and when I wake up Kasumi will be out hopefully without bugs.

Since this isn't going out via Cerberus Network I would guess its going by Microsofts timezone when they usually put out DLC. It will probably come out sometime in the middle of the night in Eastren Daylight Savings Time.
