uninstalled 3 times no luck i have both dragon age origins & awakening 1 week ago all hunky dory no probs tonight goes to play awakening "CLICK PLAY" Nothing goes into bin_ship folder runs the da_origins.exe get the following error back C:\\program files\\Dragon age\\bin_ship\\daorigins.exe the application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect reinstalling the application may fix the problem.
running XP sp3.
dual core 3gb Ram
GX280 GC.
1TB HDD Space.
The only thing that might be the issue i think is .net as i had problems installing a windows update for .net 3.5 so totally uninstall .net 1.0 2.0 and 3.5 and reinstalled all plus patches plus updates with no errors.
i have installed and reinstalled the vb patches as well.
stopped and reinstalled da origins service.
The last time i installed i got the installing DA Origins and ran it separately without any patches. loaded no probs popped in the Awakening disc went through no probs untils i click play NOTHING!!
