So, did you guys like Tali on stage at Comic Con?
I think the costume came out very well. Wonder if she's walking around in that costume on the convention floor today.
If she is, I feel sorry for her, because she's probably going to be groped by lots, and lots of guys and girls.
I ultimately didn't go 'cause it's not really about comic books anymore. Better luck if I went to the smaller conventions. Cosplay's going to be at all of them, though.KnotEngaged wrote...
Cosplay always leaves me feeling strange a combination of embarassed, ashamed, weird, and angry. Like a giant hole being opened up in the pit of my stomach. Reminds me of why I will ultimately never go to SDCC.

You didn't like them then fine. They put a crapload of effort into it and I will respect that.Goat_Shepard wrote...

not quite grunts though, the animatronic part was cool but he just looked sort of goofy in my opinion
*edit* the guy playing the illusive man was that the voice actor too?

@Kala it was lipsynching.
I think we all can agree on that.Someone With Mass wrote...

Well, at least the Tali costume was good.

This is also true. She was almost as emotionless as Hale.Goat_Shepard wrote...

This wasnt a proffessional play of Midsummer night's dream. This was just a bunch of fans going on stage and doing it. Why judge them so harshly?

I'm not judging them harshly. Judging them harshly would be saying they sucked and wasted their time. The suits were great and I like the fact they had the guts to do it.Just_mike wrote...

You have a lot to learn about the internet.

Would have been funny as hell if it was though. Martin Sheen, star of such films as Apocalypse Now and an Emmy Award winning actor for his role on The West Wing, is now reduced to playing the real-life version of a video game character he voiced on stage at CC for rabid fanboys.
