Sorry to have to bring this up again but I just got back from work and was trying to catch up.
I have to say that if we pair off Garrus with anyone in the ship it would work best with Kasumi. Think about it, both have suffered a great deal of loss. Garrus with his team and Kasumi with Kaji. On top of that they both have a good sense of humor that would balance each other out. Kasumi with the the more spirited stuff and Garrus with the dryer, deadpan humor.
If anyone read the fanfic Mass Effect Revolutions that was a great example of how a Kasumi/Garrus relationship could work out. Plus, do you really want Kasumi to end up with Jacob?
Anyway sorry to bring this up again, it's just hard to keep up.
