This reminds me, I dabbled a bit in writing ShepxTali for a bit...



Shepard turned his head to find Tali’Zorah snuggled up against him, her head tucked into his shoulder. The quarian woman was still sleeping soundly, as evidenced by the slow, gentle breathing that came from behind her mask. She had her body nestled comfortably against her lover, with her waist pressed into the side of the human’s leg, and her chest pulled firmly against the man’s side. Shepard reveled in her presence. He placed a hand on Tali’s arm, holding it against his chest, as his other arm wrapped itself across her back, pulling the woman closer. Tali responded to the embrace with a small sigh of content. The sound made Shepard happy.



It had been 7 weeks since Tali had shown the commander her face, 7 weeks since Shepard had lain with her for the first time. He had taken all of the precautions that Mordin had recommended, washing his body with antibacterial soaps and sterilizing his cabin thoroughly. During this time, Tali was taking her own precautions, acquiring various immune-boosters, antibiotics, and herbal remedies in preparation for her first intimate experience. For Shepard, it proved to be worth the extra effort when he found his shy, sweet Tali embracing him possessively as he held her with a gentle strength. The young woman was shaking slightly, incredibly nervous, but nonetheless driven to share herself with him. Tali had then guided Shepard by the hand over to the captain’s spacious bed as she stumbled breathlessly over her own words as she apologized for her nervous rambling.



There was a gentle hiss, and Tali suddenly fell quiet as Shepard removed her mask and saw the woman’s beautiful face for the first time. The young quarian woman pursed her lips together as she stared intently at Shepard with an embarrassed, apprehensive look on her face. Then, upon seeing Shepard’s warm, loving smile, Tali had lunged forward, pushing the human flat on the bed as she climbed atop the man, leaning down, pressing her lips against his in a needful kiss.

Tali wraps a curved shin around the back of Shepard's leg, drawing him closer, then runs her hands up his shoulders... slowly up his neck... and holds his face gently in her hand... resting it on the cheek not lounging on the pillow, and gently strokes his skin with a small, gloved finger. Bringing a hand up to rest on the back of hers, Shepard gently runs a finger nail along her knuckles and down her wrist, giving her the faintest smile, a sign of only the purest contentment, showing that there was truly no place else he'd ever want to be. If he could see past polarized glass, Shepard would have seen heavy eyelids lazily hanging over unwavering eyes... never blinking away from his, and the corners of her mouth grinning at the one person who had ever seen her face; the one person who had never seen a mask.

Looking at it now, at the end of the gif, I can't tell whether their faces seperate for a second and Tali says something to Shep, or if its just Tali lovingly devouring his face.  Then again, there isn't much wrong with either option
