Yes, that's the one thing I've always imagined Tali doing.

I've also realised that "on top" is probably preferable for her, as those curved shins wouldn't be very comfortable to lay on when on your back.

It's very hard to lose the manhood you've acquired by killing two sentient spaceships and several armies worth of mercenaries, geth and collectors, so it wouldn't exactly matter either.

Bioware is rather loyal to their fans; however there is no telling as to what will actually happen until the game comes out.
