He could be a quest giver, it's less a matter of how and more about how awesome it would be to have. imagine him playing a turian or quarian

I suppose. The scene itself seems implausible. I think a nice bit of tragedy to the current Quarian population - including Tali - would be that despite their efforts and success at producing peace with the Geth, they cannot themselves as individuals reap the full benefits. Only their children would be able to. Which of course, is not too condemning, but something to do think about.

And maybe this will be how we see her face.
The camera starts out behind her. We see her hands reach up. There's a small click as she removes the mask and holds it in one hand. The camera than slowly arcs around to the front. Her face is filled with joy and hope too pure to put into words accurately. Her eyes begin to shine as tears form in them and roll down her cheeks.
"Beautiful," she whispers.
