I get the sinking feeling that Wrex is done for the series as far as plot significance is concerned.  I'd like for him to matter, but I'm assuming that Wreave and Wrex can accomplish the same purpose hanging around on Tuchanka.  New players didn't lose anything because they still had the krogan on Tuchanka to help you around.

With the returning characters, there is no put them off to the side/replace them option.  That's why I expect Wrex to be more of the exception, rather than the rule.

Wich option is the read-only? On my screen it dont appear read only! My system language is portuguese!!

Even if they pulled a Tali/Garrus Virmire decision... there wouldn't be a decision. Garrus would sacrifice himself the second he knew what was going on.

I guess that's a fair point. I suppose if anyone did die they would be characters that would have had minor rolls in ME3? I dunno.
If I had to guess about what the default settings were, I'd say:

-Tali is exiled.
-Sidonis is dead
-Shep sided with Samara
-Miranda never spoke to her sister
-Jacob blah, blah, blah
-Geth heretics destroyed.
-Thane's son is arrested
-Cerberus base is blown by Jack (other survivor is killed)
-Grunt's loyalty mission is complete (thresher maw was not killed)
-Collector base destroyed
-No Zaeed or Kasumi

Looks about right to me, though I would guess that Morinth just got away completely.  I could see the heretic choice going either way, but knowing Bioware, paragon was right <_<

Garrus is a true bro. He wouldn't make Shepard choose. He'd disobey orders and go out like a ****ing badass, making sure he and Tali got out safe.

Ormago, i know that it's on Properties. But the language of my OS is PORTUGUESE, not ENGLISH. So here it wont appear ''read-only'' it'll appear something else!

Blowing them up was the renegade choice, re-write was paragon I believe.

I have no idea then... I dont know Portuguese. 
For me I right click, then properties, then read only is there.

Can you take a ScreenShot and post here? So i can see where it is. Please

Leitura = Read / Somente = Only
