What does Tali think of the Genophage? Cruel? Justified? Needless?
Considering we never get an opinon from her, this will all be speculation.
We sort of do - but it's not definitive. Can be seen as a knee-jerk reaction.
Garrus: The Quarians endangered the whole galaxy when they let the Geth
break free. I hope your people are properly contrite, Tali.
Tali: As the Turians are properly contrite for releasing the genophage upon the Krogans?
Garrus: You’re assuming that sterilizing them was a mistake.

Her comments on Virmire do tell that she is against Saren using it, but never a neutral view is held due to the circumstances. Tali's comments about Tuchanka in general is that she finds the krogan occupation a disappointment because they continue to fight each other despite their previous self-destruction. If I were to take a guess, I would think Tali finds it too extreme because she is generally a more idealistic character.
I disagree. Maybe in ME1, but in ME2 she's rather pessimistic. At least, more so than she had been. Garrus actually strikes me as more idealistic than her.
She holds no malice towards the krogan and admits she finds them fascinating, never do we get an actual hostile look on them from her.

Wrex: You Quarians messed up the whole galaxy when you let the Geth break free. Do your people ever talk about it?
Tali: Do the Krogan talk about a foolish war that resulted in the Turians sterilizing your people?
Wrex: All the time.
Tali: How can you fight your own people Wrex? There aren't that many of you left.
Wrex:
Anyone who fights us is either stupid or on Saren’s payroll. Killing
the latter is business. Killing the former is a favor to the universe.
Wrex: So tell me, who’d win in a fight between you and Shepard?
Tali: Do Krogan size up everyone for a fight, even friends and allies?
Wrex: Yes.
It does indeed seem that Tali dislikes the Krogan's tendency for meaningless fighting.
