Carries the knife was self-defense. Of course, a firearm is optimal, but it may not always be available. It would be nice if the knife had some cultural or spiritual significance to the Quarians though, that would be interesting,

well since I'm not post that chapter about the knife any time soon, I might aswell share what I think.

the knife is to those famlies who have made the mark on quarian history (invention, vitories in war and so on), after the war with the geth these items become rare, they are passed on to the next generation  and is there for highly maintaind and is very deadly weapon in close combat.

Oh, I have to add that to wiki!

My copy is a little late. Not as excited about it as I was when I ordered Ascension, but it'll be fun to read when it arrives in a few days.

I did it for the sake of experimentation, not because I simply HAD TO HAVE MAH QUARIAN ON QUARIAN ACTION.

I'd find doing a playthrough with Daro'Xen far more satisfactory than just posting some pictures of her snuggling up to Tali.
