That was back when BioShock was intended to take place in an underground **** bunker. I really enjoyed BioShock, but from the perspective of a System Shock 2 fan, I was pretty disappointed with how easy and "console-ized" it became.

Dead Space was one of the bloodiest games I played.

Look at something like System Shock 2 instead.

I was doing fine until they threw giant space spiders at me... and a real spider walked across my monitor... and I had the lights off. And then I jumped out of my chair and dove under it with my hands over my head. Well maybe not that dramatic...

That was a great year for gaming.  Homeworld came out that year, too.  The only game to make me cry get all watery-eyed.

The ghouls in Fallout 3 scared me a little.

Then I put on my T-51b power armor, pulled out the Vengeance gattling laser...and they weren't so scary anymore.

i hated the new reaver ones or whatever they were called from broken steel because they just took so much punishment and kept coming.
