If you don't talk to the admirals, the Paragon and Renegade speeches change. Also, if you take the neutral options during the first time you talk to the board, you get extra info, like Gerrel telling you about how "All of the old guard knows Tali", and Tali saying going to meetings with her father was the only time she ever spent with him.

That explains a lot.

Yea I can't see Legion not returning. His story is not nearly finished. Hell, he comes in ME2 so damn late. Tali too, her story is not finished if not only for the fact that she can be exiled or exonerated.

The only squaddie I can say is the most "finished" in terms of story would be Jacob, because after you do his loyalty mission, there are just about no loose ends left.

Because at that point, you've probably recruited/found other characters who are at least ten times more interesting than Jacob.

And I also don't think there's much else to tell about Legion.

That's not exactly my point. While there may not be much else to tell about Legion "himself," he has a lot to do and the Geth have plenty of loose ends and a huge subplot associated with them. And Legion is Shepard's only tie to the Geth right now.

hello people,i've got the rally the crowd option on my other playthrough and i don't remember how to do it anymore,you need to sent veetor with tali,save kal and talk with the admirals?

Exactly the same way Legion did the Heretics. Give the virus to Shepard, let him infiltrate into some Geth base on the homeworld in the Normandy, take out some geth, then send the signal through the FTL network. I'm assuming taking this option means you'd have to kill Legion first, before he could warn his people. Once that's done, it's just a matter of sneaking in and doing it. The quarians don't need to do anything.

The Geth/Heretics are smart as hell. I can understand the Heretics or Reapers writing a code that can turn Geth to Heretics, but the Quarians are so detached from the Geth now. It's unrealistic to think that they will make a code that rivals the Heretics'.



The idea to "reclaim" the Geth is not only immoral, it's crazy, unneeded, and highly dangerous. In the likely event that it does not work, the Geth get pissed off and the Quarians aren't going to make it alive this time.

And where would you get the virus? The Heretic one was made by the Reapers. And, as Kikai said, it's unlikely the quarians would be able to make something that complicated.

You kidding? Rael was going to have a viable virus in less than a year. Taking that research, Xen could get one of her own in no time. Xen's also more concerned with fleet safety than Rael. She seems more like the kind of person who would get it done right, making sure every last loophole is closed. Also remember that the quarians built the geth. They know more about them than anyone. It is entirely feasible to assume they are capable of doing this. They WERE doing it before the experiments blew up in Raels face.

Those were WEAPONS TESTS, not viruses. Pay attention.

Also, the only way Xen gets the data is if you give it to her. Which is unacceptable.
