We're being constantly visited by what are most likely BioWare employees, in the disguises of characters from ME 1 and 2.
Including our Tali.
I've seen nothing that makes me think these are Bioware employees. Aside from the unlikely, but possible, event of the names being available, everything else points to one person (with nothing to do with Bioware,) doing it.
If I had seen even one of those names ever post in another thread over the last few months I would believe you. The fact that this is the first I'm seeing the names leads me to believe that the names just weren't taken before, despite how likely they may be.
