Definately a mix. Whoever this is is has clearly planned it out, but they also respond to posts on occasion.

I'm assuming a script of some kind, since they seem to have plenty of exact quotes on hand.

Or it's one of the writers, who knows the scripts and the characters by heart and can make it up as he goes.
