Did you experiment with how it looks with a comma between each chunk? It's a little aggressive on the mind at first glance. Still, looks good.

You should make the letters a different color. Its somewhat confusing at first.

Lol, eveyr old character except for Wrex is beating Miranda, that is making my day.

The fact that Wrex isn't beating Miranda is blasphemy. Also, since I'm apparently one of the few "Talimancers" not blocked I voted for Tali. If no one was blocked I would have voted for someone else, Tali doesn't really need any help from me.

That could be a good idea.

The banner is just a bit of a challenge, since it communicates quite a bit of info--at least by banner standards.

I could maybe try and put a flashier background behind it from something, but it would probably just make it look busy. I'm more of the practical type.

What DLC?

Last night someone said the bioware guys were the foreshadowing of a dlc for diologue and stuff like that. But like i said Rumor, so nothing to be expected.

I suspect that rumor may have been completely me.  It wasn't based off of any facts.
If I sounded knowledgeable about anything, it was just a brief moment of coherence in my ramblings.

Although I'm hoping the BioWare people saw said "rumor"...and that it made them think.

I was a part of that discussion.  Actually, I think I brought it up.  Wasn't a rumor though.  Bioware stated that they were considering romance packs.  We were just talking about how they might go about doing it.
Here's the statement Bioware made:

In this case, we need to talk about the Talimance in romance pack till it comes out

It worked for getting Tali romance in Mass Effect 2.
And I'm assuming Kasumi talking about how Tali loves Shepard was definitely in response to how we want Tali's continued romance in Mass Effect 3.  Kasumi doesn't mention love with any other romance interest.

I suggest keeping the background simple. The nature of the banner is already throwing quite a bit of info at the viewer, it's best to keep as much of it simple as possible. 

Try using subtle shades of color for the text. Light purple, lighter purple, light blue, etc

That could help the viewer more quickly figure out what's going on, without having to think much.
