I doubt she wore any makeup or something like that.  Since she knew she was going to get sick later anyway, she could have fixed herself up a little before going to Shep's cabin, assuming the suit may mess up hair or something.  What she would have done is different depending on her features, which we don't know obviously.  I would imagine what Shep saw was all her natural beauty though
