Really I basically support every ME character It easier for me to list the ones I don't.

Jacob: Boring as snot personality of dried mud.
Jack: She a psycho ****, I know she has allot baggage in her past.. but so does basically the rest of my whole crew. So no excuses for that.
Miranda: Not much hate.. more along the lines she never left a impression on me, she all way seemed like that Cerberus eye making sure the investment staying on track.
Liara: Ok this one more of a limbo.. I don't hate her or dislike her she just... to childish for me.

Everyone else I freaking loved.

Just to defend Jack a little.  She has baggage, but so does the rest of the crew is unfair.  Just to compare to a few random crew members.

Miranda lived a spoiled childhood, most likely getting everything that she wants, then decides around 18 that she wants her own life, so she runs away.

Garrus lives a normal life, can't decide on a true career path, settles into a C-Sec job before going with Shepard.  Once he's a fully grown man, he loses his team because of his own mistake.

Mordin worked on the genophage, a decision that he has never seemed particularly troubled by up to the point where ME2 begins.

Thane (wife killed,) Samara (forced to kill daughter,) and Tali have harder lives than them, but nothing like Jack.

None of that comes close to being tortured and imprisoned since you were a kid.  Her first memories are of a prison.  When she finally is strong enough to kill her way out, what options does she have?  She was robbed of any chance to have a normal life.  She continues to get used and screwed over, until she finally ends up in cryo on the Purgatory.

Now, to be fair, she faces all these hardships, and she doesn't persevere, she doesn't become a good person despite her life.  If you don't like her because of the person that she's become, that's fine.  I find it a little unfair, especially when you can find out that she has another layer below that exterior, but its your opinion.  Just don't compare her hardships to the other crew members.

I can respect your opinion but I still stand then again to be fair I'm one of those people that if you seen the horrors of what life can do you should strive to make sure it never happens to anyone else, Probably while I like thane a little.

AHA! But you didn't KNOW that you would comfort Tali, just like you didn't know what was in the collector base. But you STILL skipped it!

It's a pretty safe assumption that Shepard would say sometihng  in regards to her dad, and it's also a pretty safe assumption that the upper right hand options would be nice/kind/friendly.

Nice try. No wait, it was a terrible try. :P

Until you skip the interrupt and you don't get "that upper right hand option" because Tali KILLS HERSELF!

I win :D

I almost always pick Garrus as the first fire-team leader, he seemed to be an obivous choice considering his abilitites to lead and his training.

The second fire-team leader is something I'm less confident about, because in my first playrhough, I chose Garrus again, and seeing him get shot freaked me out. But I learned it was a scripted event, and Garrus just shrugs anyways, no real harm done. But still, that did scare me.

I want a ME1-style romance scene for ME3 for Tali. Take off her mask, allow it to be seen and then... well, watch the fireworks. :D

Who's with me?

Carried over for... um... my own reasons.

I wouldn't turn up my nose at this.

The debate was really focused on Tali or Legion. Personally, in Shepard's shoes, I trust Tali wholly and utterly. She is an electronic genius. I love her and I know she won't let me down. Legion is better used helping Garrus in the fire team.

Tali or Legion...

Meh, I went with Tali my first time through, and I wasn't using any guides or anything. I knew if anyone could hack it, it was her. Not that I don't trust Legion, but I have faith in my quarian.

Second this. I was really expecting him to bleed out dramatically or something at the end.

Tali kills herself because her distant father died?

Now who's the one who doesn't trust Tali's ability to handle situations? :P

I LOLed at Garrus nodding in agreement with Jack's dispute with Miranda.  And then I LOLed some more at Miranda's very grudging approval of Garrus' fitness for the task.  And then I F-YEAHed when we busted through to the other side.

Agreed.

But I love how Miranda and Jacob need to catch their breath, and when Garrus get's shot he just looks at Shepard, like he's thinking, "Ha, fooled ya, I'm the mother****in' Archangel, you can't touch this."

Garrus is the ****.
