This is what I do for my femsheps.

You really just need to spend some time with it. My primary Femshep? Totally badass looking. It took me two hours to get her right, but it was worth it. MUCH better than the default.

You just have to be willing to spend the time.

I am rather proud of my Liam Neeson Shepard.

I did some updating on the one picture of Tali on the squad screen posted earlier.  I was forced to keep Quarian Machinist because I couldn't come up with a good average quality that would fit.

Would be nice to put at least one point in immune system though
