Well did you put the picture you want in the pre-release character folder? and set it as a 146x 146x .png file?
Also make sure it is set to read only.

no just uploaded it. Where should I go from there after uploading the character?

1) At the top of the website where it says "Home - Projects - Forums"
yada yada, mouse over games. It's the last in the list.

2) Mouse over Dragon Age: Origins and select "Register Game".

3) Find Dragon Age: Origins for PC and select "Click here to see
player profile". You should see a character listed.

4) Select "Profile Diagnostics".

5) If there's green check marks it worked.

Then go to your change profile pics, and it will be there in a second column once its updated.
