Very, very well. ^_^

Glad to hear it. Got anymore hi-res pictures?

Indeed.  Arms are 98% complete, then all that's really left are the straps and the metal around her neck.  :wizard:

7 hours, actually. And you can live on less, technically. Michael Crichton pointed out you live longer if you sleep less.

If you don't believe me, damn you all because Crichton is never wrong (unlike Miranda, he doesn't say it).

But is that one of those fake-out statistics, where it's like "You're spending more hours awake, and are therefore technically experiencing more hours of life."?

Like that dumb "every cigarette takes seven minutes of your life." thing, where someone just timed how long it took someone to smoke a cig, and worded it to sound more ominous:?
Not defending smoking, personally, just saying: kind of a cheap stat

When getting into demographics and epidemiology, take everything you hear with a grain of salt. Everyone mocks up their reports and polls in some way.

But, from experiance, I can tell you 7 hours is a good number for sleep. You might be different. But I think it's scientifically sound.

You can say that again.  Statistics is an art, not a science.  It all depends on how you paint it.

Depends really on age. Babies sleep all the fricking time. As you grow older, you need less and less sleep.

Also depends on the person. There are people who (reportedly) haven't slept in 30 years and are still functioning.

Then again, they likely go through "microsleep", where the body sleeps and wakes up so quickly you don't even realize it (but it's dangerous to people driving)

Don't know about people going 30 years without sleep, longest the body can go is about a week or two before succumbing to death.

But some people work differently than others. I know Leonardo DaVinci slept two hours, then stayed awake for six, and then slept for two more, in a cycle. He died young, but he lived much longer than most anyone else from his time did due to being awake longer.

Five hours is pushing it.

Your diet also affects how well you can manage.

Hmm.  I'm rather unsure if I feel like writing Chapter 5 of my ongoing fanfic, or if I want to do a Oneshot thats a bit... less depressing.

Decisions, decisions...

Do you think any of you could find a nice, clear image of Tali with her "speaking light" on?

I can't seem to find a good reference.

Isn't the light always on, and it flickers on and off only when she talks?
