Everything we know about Quarians points to them having extemely human faces-- they obviously have the same facial structure, and it's confirmed that they have eyelids, tear ducts, teeth, lips, etc.

I don't really want them to just "digitally copy" her face like they did with Miranda, but I do think it's very likely there'll be some slight resemblance (like with Joker and Mr. Green, for example).

I think they should take some liberties and try and make the quarians look more alien, because we really should not have another asari race. It would not bother me if they did, though.

Aha, sounds like Tali blessed you to wright a topic about her aha. Well we had two weeks to study for this test...and I was sick on Friday (you remember) anyway I thought I would pull off all the studying at last minute...and.....well yeah.
In fact I should be working on a Biology reaction paper right now <_<
Could you all please bless me with a creative biology topic that includes Tali?

Hmmm, perpetuating... I wouldnt mind this, but creativity would be needed to some extent. Definately change the eyes, make the hair according to what Quarian hair would be. Moreso narrow jawline perhaps.  Id be curious to see what a Quarians mouth and nose look like, even though you can see the silouette of the nose very often and it looks much like a humans.
