Scenario time!

The reaper fleet has reached the milky way, the biggest battle in galactic history is waging. A fleet of Reapers is heading towards Earth and the Flotilla. You, commander Shepard, have to decide which to save. If you save Earth, the Flotilla is destroyed, a damage to the Quarian population so extreme, that they cannot continue as a race and will eventually become extinct. If you save the Flotilla, Earth with be attacked, all inhabitants will be destroyed.

Decide.

Loss of one world or the extinction of an entire species including Tali.

Which one do you think?

Edit: I can honestly see them forcing a decision like this on us by game's end.

Going to school for game concept and design. I fathom what others do not want to.

ya, and unless you are stupid you will save the flotilla, extinction of an entire species is MUCH worse than one planet being destroyed. they would have to add more of a reason to save earth.

I really do see both sides.  Earth has 11.4 billion people in ME times, and is the driving force behind human dominance in the galaxy.  That's a lot of people...I wouldn't hold it against someone for chosing Earth.

But my choice has been made.
