The way I see it, is that its reveal or don't. I can't see a compromise being possible. And in that case, I don't want to be left with a mystery forever, because a small percentage of people don't want their personal image ruined. Maybe its selfish on my part, but its the same for the other side.
There is really no reason to keep her face hidden anyway. Aside from appeasing a specific group of people. It was a huge inconsistency in role playing in ME2, they have the face drawn already, and its now or never. Why should Tali be the only incomplete character?
i disagree about the idea that whitout showing her face the char is incomplete, the mystery around her appearance is an integral part of the character, imo unveiling her face will actually remove this part that i always tought was quite prominent in Tali char
to make a popup will be really bad... a) because anyway her face will be "canonized" and the above mystery will go away,will totally break the immersion
We disagree there. To me personally. The mystery isn't a part of her character. It was a part of the relationship arc. Someone seeing past the shallow boundaries of appearance, and loving someone based on trust and personality. To me, the mystery aspect was history once we got to the Omega 4 relay. At that point, she is just as much revealed as Jack or Miranda, even if we didn't see it. If you see the mystery as part of her character, that's your opinion, but I never got that feeling.
I'm with you on the compromise option. I don't know how to implement it, and can't see it happening.
well nothing bad in disagree, as said the mystery around her is something i perceive and like and also permit me to imagine her as i like, but about the compromise personally i hope they will not go on that route, they just have to chose 1 of the 2 routes and go for it

. Two wrongs don't make a right though, and compounding the massive trolling in ME3 changes it from building hype for ME3, to stomach punching a large fan base.
