One thing we do know for a fact, in regards to quarian life-span, is that they're not a long lived species. There are no quarians alive that were born pre-Geth War.

Well...I do want that, but in the back of my head I keep thinking "ME2 was THE PERFECT MOMENT TO SHOW HER FACE!"

True, I can't see them topping ME2's opportunity.  First time seeing her face, all kinds of other mushy symbolic crap .  Two wrongs don't make a right though, and compounding the massive trolling in ME3 changes it from building hype for ME3, to stomach punching a large fan base.
