One thing we do know for a fact, in regards to quarian life-span, is that they're not a long lived species. There are no quarians alive that were born pre-Geth War.

You don't think after a lifetime starved of intimacy, and after saving billions of lives, Tali wouldn't want to spend time with her true love?  Sex doesn't have to be some trashy Miranda activity.  It would be more meaningful for Shep/Tali

"I love you Shepard," she says barely audibly as she felt the Normandy's cool air brush against her bare face. She opened her eyes and looked at her commander, her savior.
"Tali," he paused for a second staring into her eyes, “I love you with all my heart,” he placed an open palm on her chest over her rapidly beating heart. “The flame that I know exists in there is what has gotten me this far,” he said in his deep yet caring voice wiping a tear off her gentle face with his thumb. She inhaled the liberating air and the comforting scent of her commander.
"Shepard... I, I," she stuttered, but was cut off by Shepard pressing his finger against her soft lips unzipping her suit. She was nervous, but at the same time she was in heaven. I have my commander. The fresh air lapped against the bare skin on her back and the wonderful sensation moved down to her feet as her suit that has been hiding her true self fell against the ground....

Which, if Quarian's are shorter lived than the 150 years of human, would not be such a bad thing^_^
That way, he doesn't have to live another 50 years or something without Tali:unsure:
