It isn't... its some guys 'project' that just happens to have a hoodie on it, and people use it in posters that say 'talimancers have too much free time'. Lies like that make me want to edit the poster and remove 'talimancers' with the name of the person that made the poster and show them what fun it is to project things on people that aren't true.

Well first of all it was a very vauge lookalike, sorry but if I every felt the need to do that for the intended purpose I for one would put alot more care into it then that. All it looks like is somone put a towel on the head of some sewing dummy and people went crazy.
